How to Send Mail or Package

All personal mail to inmates at Greene County jail is scanned and digitally delivered via tablet. Personal mail may be a postcard, 2-page letter (front and back) or greeting card. It should include the sender’s full name and return address. The address to send personal mail is:

Money may be added to inmates’ accounts using a kiosk in the jail lobby or using the Access Corrections website or telephone number.

Visitation Hours

All inmate visitation is conducted by video, either from a kiosk in the jail lobby or remotely. Inmates may have three free 25 minute visits per week. Two must be conducted in the jail lobby and one may be conducted remotely. Additional remote visits are available for a cost determined by the visitation provider. Inmates or visitors are responsible for scheduling video visits and letting the other party know the date and time.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office hosts a warrant roster on their website that gives the name and age of the person with the warrant, as well as the warrant type and number, bond amount, and offense description. The Office also hosts an official Facebook page, which includes posts concerning ongoing investigations and providing photographs or mugshots of wanted suspects or offenders.
