How to Send Mail or Package

Personal mail to inmates must be in the form of a postcard and include the sender’s full name and return address. Softcover books may be delivered from a vendor (i.e. Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc.). Mail must be addressed as follows:

Commissary is operated by Access Corrections. Deposits may be made at a kiosk in the lobby, which accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard, online at the Access Corrections website, or by calling 866-345-1884.

Visitation Hours

Visitation is held Saturday or Sunday. Visits last one hour and begin on the hour. Visitors should arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Those 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Male inmates may be visited at 9am, 10am, 1pm, 6pm and 7pm. Female inmates may be visited at 2pm and 3pm.

The St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office operates the county jail. The current Sheriff is Daniel Bullock.The office employs 17 sworn road deputies, 3 process servers, 3 transport officers, 7 bailiffs, 17 jailers and 15 civilian employees. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
