How to Send Mail or Package
Cass County jail only accepts standard white postcards no larger than 5×7” that include the sender’s full name and return address as incoming mail to inmates. Drawings are not allowed on any part of the card. Cards are photocopied front and back and delivered. The original is held until the inmate’s release. Mail should be addressed to:

Visitation Hours
Visitation is operated by HomeWAV and all visitors must register for a HomeWAV account. Each inmate may have up to two onsite visitations per day. Visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Visitation is held 8:00 am-11:00 am, 1:00 pm-4:00 pm, and 6:00 pm-9:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Remote visitation is also available.
