Deposits to inmates’ commissary accounts may be made in person or by phone. Money, including money orders, can be dropped off at the Detention Center at any time. Deposits may also be made by calling (573) 897-5750 and leaving the following information:

Visitation Hours

Detainees are provided one (1) 20-minute visit on Sundays between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. There is overflow visitation on Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM as needed. Three visitors may attend each visit and visit simultaneously or split the time.

Detainees must fill out a visitation form if they wish to receive visits. Lists may include up to 10 people. All adult visitors must have a photo ID and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Video visitation is also available for purchase through CIDNET. Data is sold at a rate of $0.30 per 1 megabyte. Video visits may be held on any internet-enabled device with a camera and CIDNET has Apple and Android apps.
