How to Send Mail or Package
Personal mail to inmates is scanned and then delivered via kiosk. It is very important mail be written in blue or black ink due to the scanners. Mail should be in the form of postcards and should not contain any stickers, adhesives, or foreign substances. They should include the sender’s full name and return address and be addressed as follows:

Deposits may be made to inmates’ commissary accounts via a kiosk in the lobby, which accepts cash and cards, or online at the Inmate Canteen website.
Visitation Hours
Visitation is held on Friday. Appointments should be made Thursday between 9:30am and 4pm by calling (417) 859-2247 ex 2. Visitation appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Visits are 25 minutes and may be attended by three visitors. Visitors must be at least 18 years of age and have a photo ID. Visitors should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled visit.
