How to Send Mail or Package

Personal mail to inmates must be sent on postcards no larger than 4×6” that include the sender’s full name and return address. Stamps are removed before delivery, so metered postcards are preferred. Cards may not contain stickers, labels, lipstick or any other foreign substances. Books are not accepted, as ebooks are provided via tablet. Inmates may also use HomeWAV tablets to send and receive digital messages, photos, and 30 second video clips.

Funds may be added to inmates’ commissary accounts at a kiosk in the Sheriff’s Office lobby, which only accepts cash, online at the Access Corrections website, or by calling Access Corrections at 1-866-345-1884. Payroll checks and State or Government checks should be mailed in to:

Visitation Hours

Visitation is conducted by video and operated by HomeWAV. Visitors must register an account at the HomeWAV website to schedule visits. Visits may be held from 8am to 9pm daily. Questions may be directed to HomeWAV by calling 1-844-394-6639.

Records available include CAD Notes, 911 Recordings, and Deputies reports. Deputies’ reports are available through the records clerk, but 911 recordings and CAD notes require a Sunshine request, which should be sent to the 911 operations manager.
