Information provided includes inmates’ identifying details, locations, arrest, charge, booking, bond, and release information, and mugshots, when available.

How to Send Mail or Package

All personal mail to inmates is required to be on standard postcards no larger than 4×6”. The cards must contain the sender’s full name and address. Metered postcards are preferred, as stamps will be removed prior to mail delivery. No other labels, stickers, or unusual materials (i.e. lipstick, watermarks, etc) are accepted on postcards. Commissary funds may be added to inmates’ accounts at a kiosk in the visitation lobby which accepts all denominations of cash. The kiosk changes $3 per cash deposit and a sliding scale fee for debit/credit deposits. Deposits may also be made at the CityTeleCoin website. Commissary is purchased at 9am every Friday.

Visitation Hours

Inmates are allowed to have one visit per visitation day with a maximum of two visitors (three is one is a juvenile). Minors must be accompanied by adults and visitors are required to have a Photo ID. Visitors may sign in up to 40 minutes prior to the visitation period. Visits are provided on a first come, first served basis. Visitation is scheduled depending on dayroom assignment as follows:

Dayrooms A, B, and C have visitation Thursdays from 3-3:45pm, 4-4:45pm, 7:30-8:15 p.m., and 8:30-9:15 p.m.and on Saturdays at 7:45-8:15 a.m., 8:30-9 a.m., and 9:15-9:45 a.m.

Dayrooms D through H have visitation on Tuesdays from 3-3:45pm, 4-4:45pm, 7:30-8:15 p.m., and 8:30-9:15 p.m and on Saturdays from 10-10:30 a.m., 10:45-11:15 a.m., and 12:45-1:15 p.m.

Dayrooms L, M and N have visitation on Wednesday from 3-3:45pm, 4-4:45pm, 7:30-8:15 p.m., and 8:30-9:15 p.m and Saturday from 1:30-2 p.m., 2:15-2:45 p.m., and 3-3:30 p.m.

Dayrooms O, P, and Q have visitation on Friday from 3-3:45pm, 4-4:45pm, 7:30-8:15 p.m., and 8:30-9:15 p.m and Saturday from 17:30-8 p.m., 8:15-8:45 p.m., and 9-9:30 p.m.

Dayrooms I, J, K and BH have visitation Monday from 8:15-9am and 9:15-10am. I, J, and K also have visitation Fridays from 10:15-11am and 1:30-2:15pm.

Requests may be made in any format (i.e. in person, by phone, etc.), but written requests are preferred. They should describe the records being requested in as much detail as possible and provide the contact information of the person making the request.
