Harrison County Jail Information and Inmate Search

The Harrison County Jail is located in Bethany, Missouri. The current facility was built in 2004 and has the capacity for 46 inmates. The jail houses inmates from other counties. It is located in the basement of the Law Enforcement Center, which also houses the Bethany Police Department and the Probation and Parole Office.

The inmate roster is available online. It is divided into lists of current inmates and those released in the past 48 hours. Information includes inmates’ names and identifying details, booking date, arresting agency, charges, bond, and mugshots.

How to Send Mail or Package

All personal mail to inmates is opened and screened prior to delivery. The mailing address is:

Money can be deposited in inmates accounts using the kiosk in the lobby or online at the Inmate Canteen website. Credit card transactions are limited to $150.00 a total of $500.00 per month, including service fees.

Visitation Hours

Inmate visitation is held Fridays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Inmates may have one weekly visit attended by two visitors. Adult visitors must have valid photo ID and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each visit lasts up to 30 minutes. To make an appointment for a visit please call 660-425-3199.

Harrison County Sheriff Information

The Harrison County Jail is operated by the local Sheriff’s Office. Trevor Place has been Sheriff since 2020. The office’s administrative hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm.
