Texas County Jail Information and Inmate Search

The Texas County Justice Center, which was completed in 2008, includes the county jail. It has a 72-bed capacity. The current jail administrator is Kyle Gross and the assistant administrator is Luritta Baker. The staff also includes fourteen jailers.

The Texas County Sheriff’s Office has an official Facebook page where they post information about the department and the jail. Most Wanted posts are made here, which provide mugshots and/or other photographs of wanted offenders. Photographs and information about suspects in ongoing investigations are also posted, as are official news releases related to the jail.

Texas County Sheriff Information

The Texas County jail is operated by the local Sheriff’s Office. The current Sheriff is Scott Lindsey and the Chief Deputy is Rowdy Douglas. The staff includes ten patrol deputies, three court deputies, and a deputy who floats between duties.
